Where we ship
We ship to delivery addresses in the United States. Shipping options and any costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Please check your delivery address carefully, as we may not be able to change it once an order has been sent for fulfilment.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times vary by item and destination. Where we show an estimate, it is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed, and estimates do not account for weekends, public holidays, or delays caused by carriers or weather.
Tracking
When tracking is available for your order, we send the tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information can take some time to appear after a shipment is created. If you have not received tracking details and believe your order should have shipped, contact us at admin@oaknewstore.com.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and complete with any included parts.
Do not return an item without contacting us first. Email admin@oaknewstore.com with your order number and, where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, photographs showing the issue. If your return is approved, Oak & New will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.
Change-of-mind returns
If you simply change your mind, contact us within 14 days after delivery. Where the item is eligible under the conditions above, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, if you receive the wrong item, or if part of your order is missing, contact us at admin@oaknewstore.com as soon as you notice the problem. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging where relevant. Keeping the original packaging helps us resolve the claim.
We review each case and confirm the applicable remedy, which may be a replacement, a refund, or another appropriate resolution. Where a return shipment is required and the issue is our responsibility or arises from our fulfilment process, you will not be asked to bear the applicable return-shipping cost.
Refunds, replacements, and reshipments
Refunds, replacements, and reshipments are handled case by case and are subject to review. We may ask for photographs or further information before we confirm an outcome. Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Processing and posting times may depend on your bank or card issuer. We will confirm the outcome of your claim by email.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us at admin@oaknewstore.com as soon as possible. We can usually cancel an order that has not yet been sent for fulfilment. Once fulfilment has started we may not be able to stop it, and the order will need to be handled under the sections above.

Nothing on this page limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Where such a right applies to your purchase, it applies in addition to what is described here.
